I came across Ian's business after someone posted about it in our neighborhood group on Facebook. My husband travels a lot for work and I saw they had passport wallets available. I ventured into the store and Ian was so helpful in showing me the current OTS options. Noticing that I might be interested in a different color, Ian let me know of the "custom" option that allowed me to pick the wallet color, seam, and add a simple embossing (my husband's initials). The order was ready in 4 days and picking it up was easy. Ian showed me the product (stunning) and wrapped everything so nicely so all I had to do was stick a to&from tag on it!
